# 2. Inline Update: Update on the Go!

AeroGCS GREEN is all about convenience, so it also offers inline updates. This means you can update directly within the app itself, without needing to go to the Play Store. Here's what to keep an eye out for:

* **A notification will pop up inside AeroGCS GREEN**. This notification will let you know that a new update is available for download.
* **Click on the "Update" button** within the notification to start the update process. It's usually that simple!&#x20;

  <figure><img src="/files/ZCMoNkHf5B53nWUaKLgq" alt=""><figcaption><p>Inline update</p></figcaption></figure>
* **Once the update is complete, open AeroGCS GREEN** and get ready to explore the new features and improvements!

By keeping AeroGCS GREEN updated, you'll ensure you have access to the latest features, bug fixes, and performance improvements. This translates to a smoother, more efficient, and enjoyable experience when planning and executing your drone missions! So, don't hesitate to update whenever you see a notification, or remember to check the Play Store occasionally. Happy flying!

{% hint style="info" %}
⚠️ **Note:**\
If the update prompt is skipped **3 times**, the app will 🚨 **automatically force an update** on the **4th prompt** to ensure all users have the latest version for 🔒 **security** and ⚙️ **optimal performance**.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://aerogcs-green-docs.aeromegh.com/3.-getting-started/3.3-updating-aerogcs-green/2.-inline-update-update-on-the-go.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
