A Field Report is automatically generated upon the successful completion of a flight. Users are required to input the details as illustrated in the image.

Here are the details for filling in the Field Report:

  1. Customer Name: Enter the customer's name for whom the flight was conducted. If no change is needed, the registered customer name will be used by default.

  2. Drone ID: This field captures the drone's identity number, typically the registration number. It helps in maintaining drone records. Users can skip these two fields when generating a field report.

  3. Spray Volume: Indicate the tank capacity attached to the drone.

  4. Total Amount: Specify the total cost charged to the customer (farmer).

  5. Crop Type: Provide the crop type as a cross-reference for altitude values.

  6. Pesticide: Enter details about the pesticide used for spraying.

  7. Spray Width: This value is based on the spacing parameters set before the actual flight.

  8. Date: The flight date is automatically recorded by the app.

  9. Completed: The flight's status is represented as the percentage of completion, automatically determined by AeroGCS GREEN.

  10. Spray Area: This figure is automatically calculated and displayed on the screen.

  11. Plot Area: This shows area of the plot.

  12. Flight Time: This displays the total time taken to complete the flight, calculated automatically by the software.

After filling in the necessary data in the report, click the "Done" button to save the report for the respective plan.
