Calibrate the pumps when facing issues such as inconsistent spraying, changing the type of nozzle, or replacing the pump. This ensures accurate and reliable performance.

Step 1: To initiate the calibration of pump flow, tap on the "Calibrate" button located in front of "Calibrate Pump Flow" on the main screen of the spraying system. The following screen will be displayed.

1. Choose the nozzle model.

2. Ensure that any remaining air is manually discharged.

3. Add 1 litre of water into the spray tank as part of the calibration process.

4. Click the "Start" button to commence the calibration of the pump flow.

A prompt will appear, instructing the user to add 1 litre of water to the tank, as displayed in the following screen.

Step 2: Once the user has added 1 liter of water to the tank, click the "Start" button to continue. The following screen will then be displayed.

Enter the value of the filled water in the tank, then click on the "Start" button.

The calibration process will commence and display the following screen on the display.

Please wait patiently until the calibration process is completed. Once the process finishes, click on the 'Done' button to proceed.

Step 3: After the calibration is completed, the user will be prompted with the question: "Does the user see any residue?" Users can respond with either "Yes" or "No," as indicated in the following screen.

If the user finds any residue, click on "Yes," and the system will prompt the user to repeat the calibration process.

If there is no residue, click on the "No" button, and the system will display a message indicating that the calibration was successful, as shown in the following screen on the display.
